RETURNING CUSTOMERS
You will need to UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD through login page.
Your USER NAME should be the same. But please CONTACT US if your information didn’t transfer to new Web Site.
We’ll set you up immediately for access to new site.
Your ACCOUNT will no longer show order history details – as our SKU codes have changed.
PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDER

SHIPPING
SHIPPING is adjusted at the time of shipping
We ship UPS or USPS if not a heavy box… depending on what you would prefer, and choose the least expensive way if no preference.
INVENTORY ONLINE
When we receive your order, we will let you know if anything is out of stock, and if you would prefer us to ship what we have, backorder, or cancel.
We usually have most items in stock ready to ship – but may experience delays on some items at times.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
We will do our best to get orders out within a week if possible, unless we are waiting on some items.. and will let you know if we expect any delays.
Please let us know if any time sensitive delivery needs.
WHOLESALE MINIMUMS
For our regular wholesale customers, we can be flexible with minimum quantity/order policy.
For new accounts – we require WHOLESALE minimum quantities of our products ordered as specified in SHOP.
