All sales are final unless damaged or defective.

If you receive any damaged or defective item – please let us know immediately (within 7 days) to process refund or exchange. No returns accepted after 30 days. email us
Let us know the order or invoice number and what items are damaged. We will send you return shipping label or refund of shipping if necessary. We do need to issue an RMA (return authorization) before any returns accepted.
If your return or damage claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Damage During Shipping
If there is any damage to contents during shipping – let us know immediately – and within 7 days – so we can process an insurance claim.
We will either replace the damaged items – or refund you.
